So courteous and funny! The hotel has a great setup with two pools and hot tubs. Breakfast was above average, but the room could use a refresh. it was a pleasant stay and the location is fantastic for Mall of America.

Friendly staff, convenient amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator in our room, made our one-night stay enjoyable, and the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby airport was a great added bonus.

This place was an optimal selection for a transient visit in Bloomington with very good value for money. The indoor pool was a real hit with the kids and it kept them entertained for hours. If you need to use the sofa sleeper, bring extra blankets for comfort.

i really loved the one-bedroom king suite at park plaza. the design was fantastic, with a separated living room and bedroom, perfect for working while my family slept. the staff were super helpful and friendly. there are two pools and a relaxing outdoor fireplace. it's just across the street from the mall and super close to the airport!
